The late Bishop Rev. Dr. Hamilton Taitt is the founder of Faith & Life Fellowship Ministries. He was a man of exceptional character and a true servant of God. Bishop Dr. Hamilton Whitfield Taitt was born on the island of Barbados in the Caribbean on November 6, 1940 to Prince Albert and Winifred Ismay Taitt.

Bro. Nathan Lewis is an anointed youth leader raised up in the ministry. He has educated himself in our biblical courses here at FLFM, and God is using him mightily to preach the word, ignite his generation, and equip the saints.

Lady Ethelence Taitt is the co-founder and general overseer of Faith & Life Fellowship Ministries.

Pastor Ronald Francis has served in the ministry from inception, serving in diverse ways wherever assistance was needed.

Dr. Laurel Taitt-Robinson is the oldest daughter of founders, the late Bishop Hamilton Taitt and Lady Ethelence Taitt. She oversees the operations of the Sunday School, serves as the leader of the children’s ministry and oversees the leadership of the youth and young adult ministry. Dr. Laurel is also a certified instructor with the Evangelical Training Association, and oversees the running of our Faith & Life Equipping Center.

Dr. Monefe Young sits on the Board of Directors and local church board here at Faith & Life Fellowship Ministries.

Joan Nicholson is a key member of our local church board, sharing and bringing input as an appointed mass member.

Bonita Taitt, daughter of the late Bishop Hamilton Taitt and of Lady Ethelence Taitt, serves as the sound engineer and projection team overseer at Faith & Life Fellowship Ministries
