Pastor Robert E. Spry II is the son of a preacher. Pastor Spry spent most of his adolescent years in Church where he developed a special love for music. During his high school education at Miami Carol City Senior High, Pastor Spry joined the band as a drummer and also took an interest in learning to play the piano. He began playing at local churches and became an accomplished musician/producer. He has had the privilege of traveling the country playing for local recording artists as their musical director.
In 1995, Pastor Spry became a member of El Bethel Church, Miami Gardens, FL and began serving in ministry under the leadership of the late Pastor Beatrice Ealey. Pastor Spry is a third-generation preacher/pastor. As he follows in the footsteps of his father, Minister Robert E. Spry Sr. and his grandmother, Pastor Vera Jordan, Pastor Spry takes a firm stand in the Word of God and is committed to preaching the whole council of God’s Word. He has a heart for the people of God and a passion for purpose.
Pastor Spry reconciled his spiritual life while serving at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, Miami Gardens, Fl, under the Pastoral leadership of Pastor Arthur Jackson III, in 2003. It was during this time that he received his ministerial call and License to Preach the Word of God, in 2011. Pastor Spry obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies, from the South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary, Deerfield Beach, FL, in May 2018. He is currently enrolled in the Masters of Divinity program at Northern Seminary.
Pastor Spry has been married to Lady LaShawn Spry since 2008. Together they have four handsome sons, four beautiful daughters and five grandchildren.
